The Kids Aren't Alright
I mentioned in July that kidnappers were rounding up children like they were pokemon. I heard on the news that this Madelyn Toogood chic was caught on tape beating her child in a parking lot. So everyone was worried about their kids being snatched off their lawns, now they are cutting out the middle-man by abusing and beating down the kids themselves.
The post 9/11, teary-eyed public made a big fuss because a woman abused her child. Wake up America, I see this every week in my store. Families come into my store on a Sunday around 1pm dressed in their 'Sunday Best' and it's obvious they just got out of church. In less than 5 minutes their children clamour for candy and grab video games and the parents react by screaming at them and beating them into a pulp. I see the 'Sunday Service' paid off...
Also let me point out that Ms. Toogood is an allegorical character. The name Toogood suggests that we knew she would do something immoral. She was just a little...too good
